Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Memegram, a social network operated by the operator of this Memegram service. By signing in you agree to them. They describe how the service works and are not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Your account

• Your Memegram account is tied to the Solana wallet you sign in with. Each wallet is a separate account.
• You are responsible for your wallet. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
• If you don't have a wallet, Memegram can create one in your browser. Its secret key is kept only on your device and never reaches our servers, so we can't see, recover or reset it: keep the backup you are asked to save. Anyone with the key controls the wallet and its Memegram account.
• Signing in is a free message signature. Memegram does not submit transactions on your behalf.

PnL is context, not advice

Memegram shows an estimated trading PnL for each wallet, calculated from its public swap history, and an estimated "PnL since joining Memegram". Both are calculated from public blockchain data and third-party prices, adjust for or leave out external transfers, and may exclude assets without reliable prices; the trading PnL covers a limited window of history. They can be delayed or inaccurate. It is a social signal, not financial, investment or tax information, and nothing on Memegram is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Content rules

• Post only content you have the right to share.
• No scams, impersonation, harassment, spam, illegal content or content that sexualises minors.
• Don't try to manipulate PnL, abuse the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.

You keep ownership of what you post and grant Memegram a licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content from any post, comment or profile menu.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Features, including PnL tracking, may change or be temporarily unavailable.
